Chakra healing (爱心双手长生学)

I have just completed a six-night training on chakra healing. I have six of my 7 chakra points opened. The last point, Chakra point No. 1 is at a very inconvenient location and is never used in chakra healing by longevitology.

The training is free and all that is asked of us is that we volunteer our services to help others with their health.

There are two centres in Singapore where therapy is given free by volunteers. Chakra healing therapy or zhang shen xue (长生学) as it is known to the two centres, are only using the venues for its therapy sessions, so it is advisable to call first, in case the centre is closed due to holiday or other activities. Try to go 1 hour before the closing time to give allowance for waiting and therapy.

When I went home after the first day of training on 6 Sept, Sunday, none of my kids wanted to be my guinea pig, so I grabbed my puppy and practised on her. My puppy has problems with her right eye, digestion and right rear kneecap. After I 'treated' her tummy, her appetite seemed to have improved.

I was not aware that we could actually used our techniques on animals and plants as well until I collected our training materials on the second day.

I had wanted to bring my youngest along as it is the school holidays and she is 14, which is the minimum required age. But she told me that "I don't believe and I am not interested, so there is no point for me to go". Ironically, on the second night, she became my first human patient or guinea pig.

She sprained her right elbow during gymnastic training in school. I told her, "just nice, let me treat it for you", and she went, "I don't want you to touch me". Oh, she ought to know this mummy doesn't give up easily. I made her lie down comfortably and treated her elbow for her. After that, she was all smiles and said she felt better and could move her elbow slightly. I have been treating her elbow for the past few days, and on Wednesday, her coach called to ask about her elbow and whether she had been to a doctor. I overheard her telling him that she is much better, elbow is not swollen and she had not been to a doctor.

Chakra healing involves harnessing universal energy to balance our system and repair our cells. It is supposed to be able to correct most health problems.
